E/W head stud kit installed in block we do not use stock bolts on our engines.
Cranks are new RPM steel stroker crank steel 3.500 stroke , rods new E/W 4130 forged 5.400 long ARP bolts / floating pins
Damper is new P&P 360 degree marked
Timing cover new E/W alum
Pistons are Probe FORGED flat top 9.8:1 comp / floating pins.. rings E/W moly file fit
Crank assembly Hines balanced with spec card.
Oil pump Melling HV with ARP drive shaft
Oil pan custom 7QT with HV pick up
Cam is custom ground hyd roller ground to our specs ,550/560 lift/225 dur@ .050 / hyd rollers are Speed Pro

Build spec sheet on new Chevy 383cid roller cam'd 450+ BHP 100% turn key SLAYER series engine.

Chevy 350 block block is fully CNC machined on a state of the art RMC V-20 CNC machine WE DO NOT USE A QUICKWAY BLOCK BORING MACHINE as most shops do, these boring machines are self centering type & locate off of old bores worn out bores to produce the oversize desired end result is bore centers to block crank center line that are not inline.. we've seen blocked bored with this method with bore centers off more then .020th+ off center & the results are rapid cylinder wall & piston ring wear and low engine output and severe oil blow by & rapid decrease in engine compression will be the end result .

All oil mods done, bored .030 over , decked & squared , CL 77 cam bearings loaded , brass frosts loaded, CL-77 main & rod brg loaded. Block decks are studded with E/W USA head stud kit & washers we do not reuse old GM head bolts as most suppliers do.

Crank is new RPM steel full CNC machined 3.75 stroke/ 500 BHP rated (we do not use old reground stock cranks as some suppliers do) , rods E/W 4130 forged rods 6.00 long, floating pin with cap screw bolts, Pistons K-B hyperutectic flat top / floating pins 10.8:1 comp , P/C moly ring set file fit. Damper is new RPM 8" 360 degree marked, timing pointer Mr G chrome.

Cam custom grind hyd roller .565 lift / 290 duratiion 110 CL cam uses stock HEI iron gear no need to worry about worn bronze brass dizzy gear, hydraulic rollers are E/W ,made by MOREL USA they are horizontal guide bare type not cheap vertical bar style, Pushrods are COMP CAMS custom length for perfect rocker arm geometry.

* BEWARE of flat tappet cam'd engines due to there known cam lobe & lifter failer rates with the use of high pressure valve springs & all oil companies world wide removing needed zinc & phosphate friction modifiers from all oils... this causes rapid cam lobe and lifter wear with high lift performance hyd or solid flat tapprt cams) Roller cams will deliver more BHP & torque over a wider range & produce much better MPG over flat tappet cam'd engines. And you never have to worry about worn cam lobes & lifters ever gain... the first thing to ware out in a high performance FLAT TAPPET engine is the cam & lifters.

Chain set is by Rollmaster with billet gears & torrington needle thrust bearing plate , .250 dia seamless roller pins Crank lock plate installed with E/W roller thrust button. Timimg cover is alum with thust button pad.
Oil pan is custom 7qt road race low profile , trap door & baffles , pump Melling HV-55 with ARP drive. oil pump ARP stud mounted.

Heads are Engine Works USA 200cc runners alum full CNC machined , 2.02 & 1.60 SS valves , dual springs 1.440 dia, moly retainers , 10 degree locks , Viton posi seals , thick wall bronze guides , 7/16 rocker studs , E/W 5/16 guide plates. These heads are new 2010 designed flow numbers are much higher then other heads eg Pro-Comp or Patriot or Edelbrock heads producing huge power gains across the engines rpm range.

New design E/W USA alum heads produced by pressure casting tech of these heads not sand casting as most other alum heads are made that produce rough cast IN & EX ports & cast parting lines left in valve bowls & port runners.


Heads gaskets are Victor alum head gaskets. , Rockers are WARHAMMER aluminum full roller rockers 7/16 stud mount.

Carb is new *Quick Fuel Tech USA SLAYER sreies 750 CFM carb, state of the art fully modified ,dual feed ,alum meter block, fully adjustable secondary diaphram for dialing in when secondaries open,electric choke system instslled .

Ignition Revolution HEI polished , 53,000 volt coil , brass terminal cap ,recurved to MAX engine BHP & torque on the dyno , Wires Mega-Fire 8.5 mm custom with Taylor looms , NGK plugs.
